Pre-treatment or Final Finish

During glass bead blasting, glass beads — ranging from 25 to 125 microns — are propelled through a spray lance under high pressure. This can serve as a pre-treatment before further preservation, or equally well as the definitive final finish.

Areas where the material has undergone heat treatment — such as welding — or has been damaged by bending, sanding or grinding, remain visible after pickling. After glass bead blasting, it all becomes one uniform whole.

Other Finishing Treatments

Grinding

For removing weld seams and irregularities.

Brushing

For a fine, directional texture on the surface.

Sanding

For a smooth, even finish of the material.

Pickling & polishing

Electrolytic pickling or polishing for a high-gloss result.

Treatments we don't perform in-house are outsourced to skilled, high-quality suppliers.

Stainless Steel Maintenance

Stainless steel products used outdoors are exposed to weather and pollution. With poor maintenance or high pollution levels in the surrounding air, even stainless steel is susceptible to rust formation and pitting.

We're happy to advise you on periodic maintenance, so your products keep their beautiful, uniform appearance for years to come.
